Meetingbox

Meetingbox faced the challenge of making meetings and events not just digitally accessible but truly experiential—across platforms like Apple TV and other digital touchpoints. Especially during the Corona pandemic, Meetingbox became a crucial solution for companies, organizers, and teams that suddenly had to rely on digital formats. The goal was to create a platform that is technically stable, visually high-quality, and maximally intuitive for users.

Apple TV Experience & System Architecture

A fully independent experiential world was conceived for Meetingbox, with a special focus on the Apple TV platform. Especially in times of physical distancing, it was crucial to bring content back to the largest screen in the room.

The Apple TV interface was completely redesigned and adapted for remote control use. Large-screen UX, clear information architecture, and visual staging that makes digital content accessible again were at the center.

In parallel, the booking and content system was integrated, networked, and unified. All touchpoints—from booking to presentation to usage—were designed so that users have a consistent and reliable experience, regardless of the device.

Visibility, Trust & Scalability

Especially during the pandemic, it became clear how important digital visibility and trust are. Meetingbox was positioned not as a software platform, but as a digital experience. Tone, design, and user guidance were strategically aligned to create credibility, simplicity, and emotional closeness—even despite physical distance.

The platform was built to respond not only in the short term to the requirements of the COVID era but also to be scalable in the long term. New formats, partners, and booking types could be easily added.
